If your parents were into cars chances are that you have an interest in them. You want to sit in the driver’s seat and pretend like your car is cruising. In most cases, it just stays pretend.
One father wanted to give his son a good experience. He allowed his 7-year-old son to start his Ford Mustang. Anyone who drives a manual knows it’s not the easiest thing to start a manual car. With an automatic, all you have to do is turn the key.
In a manual car, you have to press the clutch in all the way and then turn the key. Well, the kid managed to get the car started. Although, the father forget that the car was still in gear. The car then jerked forward before crashing into the wall.
Luckily no one was hurt but the car got damaged and the kid was probably a little jumbled. It’s always good to make sure you start a manual car in neutral. Hopefully this doesn’t deter the kid from still enjoying cars as he grows up.
