Most people don’t enjoy going to the DMV. Usually it’s a yearly visit depending on where you live. You arrive there and have to wait in line. Usually you get called to the counter and more times than not the worker doesn’t have the best attitude. Well the Rhode Island DMV wants to charge you $15 just to walk in.
Believe it or not they call it their $15 “in-person” customer-service fee. The agency says that most of the stuff people come in for can be completed online. They want to decrease the amount of people who come in.
